Victrola has introduced a new Walnut finish for its Wave Bluetooth turntable, bringing premium vinyl playback together with modern wireless audio features. The company also launched matching Walnut Tempo Bluetooth Bookshelf Speakers for a complete listening system.
The Wave is built on a low-resonance MDF plinth with an aluminum platter, silicone slipmat, and aluminum tonearm. The Walnut model also includes an upgraded Ortofon OM 5E moving magnet cartridge and a removable headshell for future cartridge upgrades.
One of the standout features is built-in Auracast™ Broadcast Audio, allowing vinyl records to be streamed wirelessly to multiple compatible speakers and headphones at the same time. The turntable also supports aptX HD and aptX Adaptive Bluetooth codecs for higher-quality wireless audio.
For traditional setups, the Wave includes a switchable built-in phono preamp, RCA outputs, Bluetooth input, and support for both 33⅓ and 45 RPM records.
Victrola also announced a limited-edition Third Man Records version featuring the label's signature yellow-and-black color scheme and exclusive branding.
Why It Matters
The Victrola Wave blends traditional analog playback with next-generation wireless audio. Auracast support makes it one of the more forward-looking turntables on the market, giving vinyl fans more flexibility in how—and where—they enjoy their record collection.
